Between my internship and work experience, I have had the opportunity to assist and be a part of many special events in the Philadelphia area. Attached below are some highlights from these occasions.
Historic Philadelphia - Proclaim Liberty and Justice Press Event
In March of 2020, I was able to assist with the setup and execution of a press event with Historic Philadelphia Inc. and Independence National Historical Park. The event was in promotion of unique offerings celebrating the 100th anniversary of women gaining the right to vote.
Mural Arts Philadelphia - PBS News Hour Filming
My internship with Relief Communications allowed me to assist with the PR initiatives with Mural Arts Philadelphia. In March of 2020, I was able to be on set for a filming with PBS Newshour which highlighted Mural Arts’ rehabilitation for incarcerated artists.
Mean Girls On Sale Event with Tina Fey
As an avid theatre lover and comedy fan, it was a privilege to assist the Marketing team for this event at the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts.
Honoring Patti LaBelle at the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts
While interning at the Kimmel Center, I was able to assist the PR team with this special event honoring Patti LaBelle's career. The ceremony honored her lifelong achievements and debuted the newly named "Patti LaBelle Way" outside of the Kimmel.
